Mercedes me Flexperience: From vehicle manufacturer to mobility provider.

Strategic context

Based on their CASE-strategy (connected, autonomous, shared, electric) Daimler invests heavily into the future. The goal is to transform the company from a vehicle manufacturer to a mobility provider.

The innovative mobility service Mercedes me Flexperience is another milestone on Daimlers journey to delivering "intuitive mobility" to its customers.

In a nutshell

Based on a longterm-rental contract the service enables customers to change their car up to 12 times according to their current mobility needs. Central touchpoint of the service experience is an app for android and iOS that allows finding, booking and changing cars with ease and joy.

I led the team during a successful pitch phase and helped detail the MVP scope via service blueprinting and stakeholder alignment and directed the team during  the agile development phase.
